Ilca Almeida<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18c210e e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"18c210e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_ha_eqh_enable&quot;:false}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a03d94 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a03d94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Luta por igualdade e respeito!<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Num pa\u00eds marcado por uma profunda desigualdade de g\u00eanero, viol\u00eancia e preconceito contra as mulheres, \u00e9 fundamental que, diante de todos esses enfrentamentos e desafios, as entidades fortale\u00e7am o protagonismo feminino na sociedade.<\/p><p>Neste cen\u00e1rio, o Departamento da Mulher do Sindicato dos Metal\u00fargicos de Santo Andr\u00e9 adota postura de luta e apresenta os objetivos e as a\u00e7\u00f5es tra\u00e7adas nesta pauta:<\/p><ul><li>atua\u00e7\u00e3o no combate pelo fim da discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o salarial e profissional;<\/li><li>exig\u00eancia de melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que garantam direitos sociais das mulheres;<\/li><li>abordagem de quest\u00f5es como licen\u00e7a-maternidade, amamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, ass\u00e9dio moral e sexual;<\/li><li>realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos e atividades que valorizam a for\u00e7a e a liberdade na vida s\u00f3cio-econ\u00f4mica, pol\u00edtica e cultural da mulher.<\/li><\/ul><p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a desigualdade salarial, at\u00e9 hoje, as mulheres sofrem com sal\u00e1rios desiguais mesmo quando desempenham a mesma fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos homens. Em algumas categorias, a diferen\u00e7a salarial \u00e9 quase de 40%.
